浩瀚色譜采用大氣預(yù)濃縮儀-GC/FPD建立了環(huán)境空氣中7種含硫化合物的測(cè)定方法。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)惰性化改造后的大氣預(yù)濃縮儀-GC/FPD測(cè)定系統(tǒng)的基線低,對(duì)硫化物無(wú)殘留。7種化合物的線性回歸方程的相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.995以上,高、中、低3種濃度的空白加標(biāo)回收率分別為98.6%105.3%、99.1%103.7%、85.7%99.7%,除硫化氫的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為10.9%外,其余6種含硫化合物的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差可控制在6.9%以內(nèi)。當(dāng)進(jìn)樣體積為400 m L時(shí),方法的檢出限在0.101.1 ng/m3。CO2、H2O對(duì)實(shí)際樣品的測(cè)定無(wú)干擾。因此,該方法能夠滿足目前監(jiān)測(cè)工作的要求,更加適用于環(huán)境空氣中痕量含硫化合物的測(cè)定。

Haohan Chromatography established a method for the determination of 7 sulfur-containing compounds in ambient air using an atmospheric pre concentration instrument GC/FPD. The results showed that the baseline of the atmospheric pre concentration instrument GC/FPD determination system after inerting modification was low and there was no residue of sulfides. The correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations for seven compounds are all above 0.995. The blank spiked recovery rates for high, medium, and low concentrations are 98.6% 105.3%, 99.1% 103.7%, and 85.7% 99.7%, respectively. Except for hydrogen sulfide, the relative standard deviation of the other six sulfur-containing compounds can be controlled within 6.9%. When the injection volume is 400 m L, the detection limit of the method is 0.101.1 ng/m3. CO2 and H2O have no interference with the determination of actual samples. Therefore, this method can meet the requirements of current monitoring work and is more suitable for the determination of trace sulfur-containing compounds in ambient air.
